Our poolside Ristorante La Magnolia, welcomes its guests with elegance and sophistication. The menu features appetizers, pasta dishes, seafood and meat dishes, as well as two tastings: Four dishes to introduce ourselves for seafood lovers and Six dishes from the sea up to the mountains. A gourmet proposal from Chef Marco Bernardo that draws on the tradition of Mediterranean cuisine, combined with local flavours. Chef Bernardo’s signature style lies in its simplicity: a few ingredients handcrafted in a lengthy and intricate process to give the palate a taste experience made up of subtleties and nuances, memories and delights. Don’t miss his two hallmark dishes: his matured blackspot seabream, Amalfi lemon and marinated fennel, and his Gragnano linguine, with ragout of clams, samphire and smoked garlic. But equally unmissable is his Fish Soup, Saffron and so-called Lost Country Bread, which Bernardo serves up in the form of a mosaic, where each fish is clearly distinct, garnished by local shrimp.
